    Purpose SummaryThe Senior Workday Adaptive Specialist will play a key role in ourFinancial Planning & Analysis team, focusing on the strategic planning,implementation, and management of the Workday Adaptive Planning platform.

    This individual will leverage their expertise in financial planning,business analysis, and Workday Adaptive Planning to optimize financialprocesses, drive data-driven decision-making, and support organizationalgrowth.


    Workday Adaptive Planning Implementation:
    Lead the implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning, ensuringalignment with business objectives and best practices.
    Customize and maintain Workday Adaptive Planning models, dashboards,reports, and integrations.


    Financial Analysis and Planning:
    Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategicdecision-making.
    Prepare and deliver financial presentations to senior management,highlighting key findings and recommendations.
    Streamline financial planning processes, enhancing efficiency andaccuracy.
    Stay updated on industry best practices and new features within WorkdayAdaptive Planning.


    Training and Support:
    Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure the effective useof Workday Adaptive Planning.
    Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of theorganization, translating financial insights into actionablerecommendations.


    Skills, Experience and QualificationsEssential:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, BusinessAdministration, or a related field.
    Experience leading Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
    Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, andreporting processes.
    Proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning (formerly Adaptive Insights)or similar financial planning software.
    Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualizationtools.


    Desirable:
    Certified Workday Adaptive Planning Professional (CWAPP)certification.
    Knowledge of financial accounting principles.
    Familiarity with ERP systems (Netsuite) and data integration.

    Ability to influence and help others prioritise workloads to ensurestrategic outcomes are achieved.25 days annual leave + public holidays, increasing with length ofservice.4% matched pension.
