Description
Our client is on of the UK's leading Property & Asset Management companies. They manage a wide portfolio of property types across the country, mainly in the commercial, industrial and retail space.They are looking for a Regional / Senior FM to manage a cluster of service charge properties across the Midlands.
Oversee the management and maintenance of various properties within the portfolioManage relationships with contractors, ensuring the highest quality of work
Develop and implement effective strategies for facilities management
Coordinate with the property management team on tenant issues
At least 5 years experience in a Facilities Management role within a Managing Agent
IOSH / NEBOSH certification
Experience managing service charge budgets
Able to manage a team of Facilities Managers / Building Managers
