    Working hours = Mon-Fri 8.Advanced skills on excel are essential


    • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential client accounts


    An exclusive opportunity to join a hugely successful and established estate agency brand in southwest London as a client accounts administrator.

    The right candidate will need to be proficient in Excel, with a keen eye for detail, strong communication, and organisational skills.

    This role will include dealing with letting admin, rent, approving contractor invoices, financial statements, rental arrears, deposit releases, and reporting on all the above.

    This would be ideal for someone with a background in customer service and recent industry experience working in administration or something similar.
