- Writing requirements for new product features and enhancements, and leading the software development lifecycle through the stages of development, QA, UAT, Beta and Go Live
- Collaborating with partners in Engineering and Product Design throughout the software development lifecycle
- Conducting user research and analysing market trends to determine prioritisation of the product roadmap
- Contributing to and managing the product roadmap for UK Payroll
- Tracking success metrics of each project to determine company and client impact
- Partnering with Sales and Client Success teams to strategise on opportunities for new business development and client retention
- Demonstrable Product Management experience, preferably in a SaaS Product
- Familiarity with HR, Payroll, and Benefits Systems (ADP, Workday, Sage, etc)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent time management, project management, prioritisation, and sense of ownership skills
- Experience working with the Agile methodology of software development
- Experience with cross functional teams, including collaborating with partners in Engineering, Product Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Experience and passion for mathematics, and the curiosity to learn the rules and regulations of UK Payroll
- Ability to digest client feedback and determine appropriate action items
- Experience with UK Payroll - must
