    Description

    My client is a very well established, successful, HNW Independent Mortgage brokerage, whose business is obtained from some of the largest firms of introducers in the country, who include developers and estate agents.

    The company are expanding due to high business levels and in turn are currently keen to recruit several Mortgage Advisers on a self-employed basis to join the team based within their West London, which has easy access to the tube network.

    As an independent Mortgage Adviser you will be provided with all of your leads each week and the company currently receives between 500 and 600 new enquiries weekly.

    These client leads are of high quality and are frequently of a HNW nature, with the average loan size currently sat at £470,000.

    Within this role the successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide mortgage advice not only on Residential and BTL cases but also on Bridging Finance, Development Finance and Commercial Mortgage cases.

    All technology & office provisions and availability to both board and general meeting rooms within a prime west London office to work from.

    Working hours within the role are on a Monday to Friday only. Please note that this role is office based.

    This is a self-employed Mortgage Adviser position where by you will receive up to 50% commission split of all net income received by the company, with no validations or thresholds, leading to a very realistic OTE of £80k to £120k+.

    Mortgage Advising experience is essential (within the corporate environment). Those from current estate agency financial services or single tied to a lender will be perfect for the role.

    • You must hold the full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification, however hungry trainees holding the qualification from a current sales environment would be considered.
