    About Accelerator

    Our business area rapidly grows targeted business units that will shape the future of assurance. It acts as a greenhouse for a strategically selected portfolio of businesses, each of which serves different industries and markets. The portfolio benefits from dedicated support to rapidly grow through organic means as well as through acquisitions and partnerships. We are currently focused on scaling three businesses: Cyber Security, Digital Health, and Inspection.

    Look no further We are seeking an exceptional experienced individual to join our team as a People and Transformation Manager. You will play a key role in our M&A journey, working in close collaboration with the People Director on both strategic and operational matters. In our dynamic environment, with currently four acquired companies within Accelerator (each at varying levels of integration into DNV)—you'll experience a fast-paced journey where no two days are alike.

    You'll leverage your extensive experience to challenge the status quo and implement fit-for-purpose practices aligned with our strategic ambitions. Your role will involve providing HR advisory support and leading projects where you assess, recommend, develop and implement practices and other transformation and change initiatives. In addition, you will collaborate closely with the Accelerator Executive leadership team including the Business Area CEO.

    Your main tasks:

    • Challenge and support : Line Managers and People Managers in the business units on all People matters (including employer branding, on-boarding, performance management, learning development, restructuring, implementation of annual processes such as salary adjustment, employee data management and governance).
    • Contribute : in M&A pre- and post-merger integration planning & execution (e.g., dependency identification with IT and Finance, due diligence, cultural mapping).
    • Drive and manage projects: (e.g., harmonization of compensation and benefits across different countries and legal entities, data collection of acquired companies into DNV's HCM system).
    • Co-create: in the design of fit for purpose practices (e.g., incentive schemes).
    • Communicate : roll-out of ways of working/initiatives by developing change and communication plans, persona design and change journeys.
    • Implement : DNV's values, leadership principles and DE&I and core people processes.
    • Engage : Conduct sessions that enrich our employees' understanding and preparedness.
    • Collaborate: Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders, (e.g. with DNV Group and our Global Shared Services).
    • Analyze: Utilize your analytical skills to contribute to the business success of Accelerator's strategic growth ambitions.
    • Grow: Elevate your expertise and passion to become a subject matter authority beyond the classic People scope.

    You will be a great fit if you have several years of proven relevant experience with a foundation in business, finance, HR, or consulting and have worked in a large international setting.

    You have:

    • Numerous M&A experiences in pre- and post-merger integration planning and execution.
    • Wide change management and communication planning & execution experiences.
    • Held several HR business partnering/consulting roles or equivalent.
    • Knowledge of comp and ben practices across several European locations.
    • Strong Project Management skills.
    • Wizz at using Power BI, excel and AI in your daily work.
    • A University Degree.
    • Fluency in English written and verbal.
