    Description

    Due to the rapid growth of the team, we are looking for candidates to fulfil roles for Project Manager, Associate Project Manager and Project Coordinator to join our Construction, Installations and Maintenance team.

    Dynamic Resources has been the trusted provider of retail services for many of the biggest brands in the world. We specialise in the site survey and installation of store fixtures, graphics & visual campaigns and full store construction. We also offer preventative and reactive maintenance services along with logistics, warehousing and training facilities. Every year we complete over 8500 projects around the globe, working for many of the world's leading retail brands, technology companies, fixture manufacturers and graphic suppliers. We have 6 offices around the globe: Dublin, London, Tokyo, New-York, Atlanta, and Portland.

    Role Summary

    To manage the delivery of a variety of global projects and programmes, ranging from full store construction to graphic installations, window displays, fixture & furniture installs, pop-ups and shop-in-shops, ensuring they are delivered on time, to the required quality and within the established budget. To assist with regular and accurate reporting. To support or manage Project Coordinators. To begin to develop and improve the working procedures within the company, through various initiatives and continued innovation.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities for the Project Manager supported by Associate Project Managers and Project Coordinators:

    • (Project Managers only) Manage the project team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner, and to the desired quality and timelines
    • Manage projects and programmes, including on site project teams, establishing project requirements, allocating resources to co-ordinate projects through their full lifecycle (occasional out of hours work may be required in line with project needs)
    • Create & maintain project documentation (e.g. letters of appointment, proposals, scope of works, contracts, programmes, minutes of meetings, drawings, H&S records, RAMS, and statements of completion)
    • Build client relationships and escalate project issues and complaints through appropriate channels in a timely fashion, begin seeking to drive business with new and existing clients
    • Maintain regular and clear communication with contractors and suppliers; begin seeking new relationships, evaluate and feedback
    • Obtain, analyse and challenge quotations / tenders to achieve project budget and ensure margins are met for all projects
    • Monitor and collate KPI data for both clients and contractors
    • Work on and improving the working procedures within the company

    Skills, Behaviours & Experience

    Role specific skills


    • Ability to read, understand & annotate architectural and technical drawings


    • Ability to read & create Gant charts to optimise critical flows of complex projects


    • In-depth knowledge of construction and fitout - retail sector an advantage


    • Understanding of H&S regulations including CDM, H&S plans, Site safety


    • On-site experience in managing contractors an advantage


    • Where required will be able to attend out of hours project specific meetings and visit

    • Manage performance, resolve conflict and complete other line manager admin duties

    IT & Systems


    • MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)


    • MS collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, One drive) - an advantage


    • MS Project - an advantage


    • CAD software - an advantage


    • Adobe PDF

    Education, Qualifications & Experience


    • Background in Construction management, Project management, Architecture, Interior design, Engineering or Quantity surveying is preferred but not exclusive


    • H&S training/ Certification (e.g. CSCS) an advantage


    • ARB/ RIBA / APM / RICS membership an advantage


    • Any other relevant training


    • Previous experience working in or for retail brands a distinct advantage


    • Previous experience of managing project and multi-disciplinary teams


    • Fluency in English and at least one other language a significant advantage
