    Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) a global developer and operator, is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic Shared Service Finance department. as the Payments and Processing Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract.     What you will be doing...

    • Ensure supplier invoices are processed daily and all queries are reviewed and escalated in accordance with procedures.
    • Manage and update vendor database to provide a vendor audit report monthly for management review.
    • Review CIS verifications and withholding tax accuracy on weekly subcontractor payment batches.
    • Regular checking of all VAT accounts using the Deloitte tool provided.
    • Complete Top 10 supplier statements monthly and perform ad-hoc reconciliations throughout the year.
    • Ensure all correspondence received into Accounts Payable is reviewed daily and actioned accordingly to ensure all queries are captured and promptly actioned.
    • Build good relationships across all levels of the business to better assist them with supplier queries.
    • Maintain and manage the weekly KPI's for centres and corporate query resolution performances.
    • Action weekly bacs run in accordance with the authorisation matrix.
    • Monitor and review group email inboxes and deal with all invoices promptly.
    • Any other Ad-Hoc duties where required.
    • Consistently review processes and highlight any possible efficiencies to AP Manager.
    • Assist the Accounts Receivable and Billings team with tasks as required. These will vary across credit control, cash allocation and billing tasks.

    What skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful?

    • High level of accuracy required and attention to detail; ability to recognise errors promptly and proactive approach to problem-solving and initiating improvements.
    • Good time management skills, ability to prioritise and well-organised. Ability to multi-task and deliver to tight deadlines. Able to work under pressure
    • Good written and verbal communicator with a focus on customer service. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle queries in a professional manner
    • Team Player maintaining close working relationships within the team and with colleagues throughout the business. Cheerful, personable and responsible.
    • IT literate with good working knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel.
