    BUSINESS PROCESS ADMINISTRATOR

    Arrow's Global Components is looking for a Business Process Administrator.

    This role will combine several responsibilities which are shared across Global Data Services and the Global Master Data Management (MDM) team.

    Global Data Services establishes and applies a common framework of product identifiers and supplier naming conventions, which are assigned to part numbers the multiple Oracle ERP systems.

    Master Data Management defines, implements, and maintains the Part Master standard for Arrow Electronics globally. Part Master is a collection of more than 17-million part numbers, each part number has a variety of parameters ranging from technical attributes, environmental & compliance information, right the way through to ordering information, lead-times, standard pricing and much more.

    Data is accessible by Arrow's 120,000+ customers. Ensuring Arrow data is accurate and complete gives a differentiated value to our customers, suppliers, and our own employees.

    What will you be doing at Arrow AGC?

    You will be required to complete all tasks in line with Service Level Agreements and with a Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) mindset and consistent with company culture and policy.

    Global Data Services

    • Using several tools and application, review parts without an Arrow Product Family Code, research the part number and identify the correct code.
    • Review all parts which failed to match based on the standard rules and determine the correct part number, Arrow Product Family Code, Supplier and appropriate exchange rate.
    • Work with various supplier facing teams to ensure the Arrow Product Family Code hierarchy is an accurate reflection of how parts should be structured, and that all parts are coded correctly (ongoing validation process).

    Master Data Management Support

    • Support the MDM organisation offshore (Infosys) to ensure service levels are delivered according to plan and that quality is of the highest standard.
    • Support the Supplier Merger & Acquisition process to ensure all aspects of the Master Data function are identified, updated and tested.
    • Support the building of complex supplier price file in readiness for MDM to load to reduce the number of potential quotes requests.
    • Coordinate and ensure prompt and effective loading of data files such as Lead Time Updates, Design Win, Part Master attributes etc. through periods of heavy workload.

    Measurable Performance Standards

    • 99% of Parts with a value to be matched each month
    • All other requests to be completed to agreed deadlines
