    Description

    We are looking for a hands-on leader to guide our amazing engineering team, drive innovation across the full stack, and contribute to our mission of excellence and market-leading projects.

    This is an opportunity to work on some of the most exciting projects in, or soon to launch, across the web3 and blockchain space alongside an amazing team.

    Provide strong technical leadership to the development team, ensuring the use of best practices in web3 technologies, blockchain integration, and modern web development.

    Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to design and architect innovative, stable, secure, and user-friendly products.
    Hands-on development of key components, reviewing code, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality code on time.
    Contribute to the project's technical roadmap.

    Stay up-to-date with the latest web3 and blockchain technologies, evaluating their relevance to our product, and making recommendations for adoption.

    Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering or similar disciplines
    5+ years) as a Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer in web development, with a focus on web3, blockchain, or related technologies.
    Strong expertise in web3 technologies such as Ethereum (Ethers, Web3), smart contract development (Solidity Hardhat), and IPFSFamiliarity.
    Previous experience in a startup environment, preferably in retail or blockchain-related projects.
    Familiar with at least one modern TypeScript/JavaScript frontend framework such as React (Redux), Angular and
    Familiar with Python backend frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI (or similar).
    Knowledge of the latest web/mobile design trends is a plus.

    You are highly process and detail oriented, able to take both a 10,000 ft view and micro view at the same time, balancing quality and growth.

    You know how to build strong working relationships with internal & external stakeholders, building trust and confidence in your ability and processes of program delivery.

    You thrive in an intense, high pressure environment, working across multiple brands, programs and often countries to successfully deliver.
