    CapCut team's mission is to inspire video creation by providing users with a wide range of video editing functions and easy-to-use video templates.

    We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves.


    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for operating the recruitment and management CapCut creators, and mainly focus on the mid tier creators.
    • Manage the education and training system of CapCut creators, delivering knowledge of the editing and platform regulations and improving their in app performance.
    • Collaborate with the content team to improve in app content creation quality and increase target content production.
    • Build long term relationships with new and existing users in the social media and entertainment industry and follow through to a successful agreement.
    • Possess a strong understanding of our product, our competition in the industry and position to leverage them into impactful marketing activities.

    Minimum Qualifications:
    -2+ years of working in content creator's operation or related programs. Experience with short video creators/ MCNs for local marketing is preferred.

    • Good at communication and passion with creator's operation work.
    • Familiar with digital content eco system/platforms and data analytics.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Will connect with French creators, hope to be fluent in French and English.
    • Experienced in remote online collaboration.
    • Highly committed to the position.
