    Description
    Support Engineer

    They are currently looking for a Support Engineer to join their team and become a subject matter expert for the clients' projects.

    The company has been a premier supplier of hi-tech electrical and electro-mechanical solution for many years, and cover a range of industries including communications, computing, and imaging.

    The Support Engineer will be the main point of contact for customers and deliver support solutions to their requirements. The Support Engineer will also need solid understanding of industry relevant standards to be able to give guidance.
    Key responsibilities as Support Engineer :
    Deliver support programmes to customers ensuring they are on time, to budget and to the required quality standards.
    Analyse the support systems and recommend changes or improvements where possible.
    Champion the design and implementation of various company support systems.
    Assist and support the bidding and proposal teams and processes.
    Add support and assistance to other areas of the business where necessary.

    Experience required as Support Engineer :
    Confident with all Microsoft Offices packages.

    Support Engineer job summary:

    Type:
    Site based (travel to and from other sites will be included)
    Hours: 38 per week, Monday to Friday
    25 days holiday, increasing to 28 with long service.
    Annual bonus.
    Pension.
    Healthcare scheme.
    Cycle to work scheme.
    Employee share scheme (once eligible).
    This is a full-time permanent position for the successful Support Engineer.
