The role of Senior is ideally suited to an:

Shift Pattern:
You will work condensed shifts of two days on, and 4 days off with one additional day per month, on average.

Reporting to the Assistant/Deputy Manager, you will be the lead practitioner on shift.If you enjoy problem-solving and have confidence in your ability to make a difference to a child's life, then please apply.
You will work collaboratively with the education and therapy consultants, as well as colleagues from the wider sector, keeping the children at the heart of all you do.
You will have the support of a dedicated, compassionate, like-minded team, who are all committed to the achievement and well-being of both the children and everyone in the community.
You have achieved Level 3 Diploma or equivalent in Residential Childcare / Children and Young People's Workforce.Ideally, you will have experience in the Residential Children's Services sector or have worked in a similar setting working with children with challenging behaviour.
