    Description

    Client Manager – Managed Services

    Hybrid WFH/office – Paris

    €85,000 per annum + €35,000 OTE + car allowance and benefits
    You have the chance to join one of the world's biggest technology services providers with 20k+ employees in over 55 countries. They are a Fortune Global 500 company (in the top 100) and are one of the top 10 MSPs globally in terms of revenue.

    They are building out their sales function within the team and are looking for a Client Manager who will inherit accounts. The Client Manager will be responsible for managing relationships, uncovering new stakeholders, and recognising opportunities for revenue generation.

    The Client Manager will bring a strong work ethic and knowledge of sales methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a can-do attitude.

    • Inherit live accounts within the public sector and identify stakeholders to build strong relationships with
    • Recognise opportunities for upsell/cross-sell and add value to their business with managed services
    • Follow up on leads provided by the Marketing team
    • Provide an exceptional level of customer service and ensure client satisfaction
    • At least 5 years' experience within account management in a similar environment (managed services)
    • Proven sales experience and track record of achieving targets in managed services
    • Exceptional communication skills and consultative approach
