- Verify sales invoices from sales order despatches on a daily basis and generate and process manual invoices when needed.
- Record and allocate BACS, cheque, and cash receipts while ensuring accurate reconciliation of customer accounts.
- Perform daily bank reconciliation for HSBC Trust accounts in GBP, USD, and EUR currencies.
- Pursue timely payment of overdue invoices from customers across all companies within the group.
- Address various emails, including those related to sales invoices and orders.
- Issue duplicate invoices or credit notes as requested.
- Obtain proof of delivery as necessary for customer accounts.
- Create and update customer accounts, making necessary amendments as required.
- Apply for credit insurance and conduct regular monitoring.
- Conduct regular Euler and D&B reviews for both new and existing customer accounts.
- Upload sales invoices to customers' portals as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve queries and provide a weekly summary of customer complaints.
- Issue credit notes once queries or non-conformance issues are resolved.
- Generate proforma invoices for customers without credit accounts as necessary.
- Generate and send monthly customer statements.
- Prepare manual invoices for intercompany recharges on a monthly basis and record them in the sales ledger.
- Provide support and coverage for the finance team when needed, including completing key tasks during their absence.
