    Join Our Team as a Category Manager (Drinks)

    As a Category Manager, you'll be an integral part of our purchasing team, collaborating with top brands and supporting our divisions with high-quality products to propel our brands and restaurants forward.

    As our Category Manager for Drinks, you'll have the responsibility of:

    • Leading the buying process for drinks categories across the TRG Group.
    • Providing support to our second drinks category manager.
    • Driving negotiations and seeking out new sourcing opportunities to manage product inflation effectively.
    • Building and nurturing relationships with our extensive supply base and internal stakeholders.
    • Ensuring successful contract negotiations with clear KPIs to drive business and cost efficiencies.
    • Championing compliance with contract terms through stakeholder engagement.
    • Managing multiple projects of varying durations, from short to long term.
    • Contributing innovative solutions aligned with sustainability and brand development objectives.
    • Collaborating closely with development teams to anticipate upcoming project needs and menu changes.
    • Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to source products aligned with development and marketing goals.
    • Working towards our sustainability targets and striving for carbon neutrality in our categories.

    To thrive in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

    • Graduate-level education.
    • Preferably, hold a CIPS qualification.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation.
    • A proven track record in strategic purchasing or category management.
    • Flexibility, willingness to learn, and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
