Are you a dynamic HR professional looking for your next step? As a Senior HR Advisor supporting our EMEA operations, you'll be at the heart of our mission to enhance organizational capabilities and drive performance across 22 dynamic countries.

Your day-to-day will involve offering robust HR advice, acting as a trusted advisor on people-related matters, and spearheading projects that elevate our employee experience.

From coaching managers on individual and organizational development to interpreting workforce data for strategic decision-making, your contributions will be integral to our success.

You'll also play a vital role in talent management, supporting succession planning efforts and identifying development opportunities to ensure our teams are equipped for the challenges ahead.

And as a change agent, you'll champion continuous improvement, helping us build a culture of inclusion, equity, and wellbeing.

Provide robust and efficient HR advice and guidance to managers, including senior management, acting as a trusted advisor on all people related issues, escalating where necessary and appropriate.

To adopt a proactive and supportive approach to managers in respect of guidance and working methods on individual and organisational development, policies, procedures, good practice and working methods necessary to enhance performance.

Leading and taking accountability for delivery of both regular and ad-hoc people related projects, as designated.
Implementing a regular contact programme managers to help develop their management and leadership skills, providing coaching as appropriate.

Interpret workforce and broader data to predict and address challenges and work collaboratively with Head of HR, EMEA to support managers in respect of a succession planning and talent management process that ensures continuity for identified business critical roles and meets the capability requirements of the directorate in the short and longer term.

Provide robust and efficient HR advice and guidance to managers, including senior management, acting as a trusted advisor on all people related issues, escalating where necessary and appropriate.

Support the Head of HR, EMEA in the identification of talent and appropriate development positions globally.
Working as part of a team to help build and foster a culture of inclusion, equity and wellbeing
Assist with maintaining all people data and files adhering to company policy and data protection
Assist and support HR audits, when necessary and as directed
Hands-on experience using human resources information systems (HRIS) or similar automated software systems.
Experience of interpreting HR policies, procedures and situations in order to identify pragmatic solutions/ recommendations.
You will champion equity and inclusion, therefore previous experience of promoting inclusive practices is essential.
Experience of dealing with matters confidentially and sensitively with a good understanding of data protection regulations.
HR qualifictions, for example CIPD level 5 (or equivalent experience), Business Administration or similar field.
Project management qualification or relevant project management experience.
