    Description

    This is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop your career in international recruitment with the comfort of working from home.

    Our speciality is placing candidates in roles that require language skills. Your main task will be to find fluent and native German-speaking candidates for these international roles.
    You will source suitable candidates from various CV databases and from direct applications.

    Because we often deal with relocation roles, you will be educating your candidates not only about the role but also about their new city and the relocation process.

    We pride ourselves on the support we give to candidates throughout the recruitment process and this is reflected in the industry-leading reviews we regularly receive.

    You will excel in it if you are enthusiastic, friendly, organised and enjoy the challenge of meeting and exceeding targets.

    You will have a likeable personality that has helped you succeed in previous roles such as sales, recruitment, travel or hospitality
    An additional language desired but not a must one other language
    Previous outbound phone experience required
    Suitable space to work from home (no distractions and fast broadband connection essential)
    The successful candidate can expect a competitive basic salary with a generous uncapped commission structure. life insurance
    working from home allowance.

    Although this is a work from home role, candidates must be based in Northern Ireland and have the right to work in the UK.
