    Pharmacy Assistant/Customer Service Assistant

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Adviser .

    The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic and fast paced environment, to create an excellent customer experience.

    General day to day duties include, but are not limited to, the roles & responsibility levels set out below:


    Take responsibility for the completion and prioritisation of day-to-day tasks and responsibilities; ensuring all tasks and targets for the day/week are completed accurately and in a timely manner - discussing any concerns or issues with the senior team.

    Be flexible and adaptable in approach to switching tasks where required, as directed by the Seniors, based on the resources available and the demands of each day.

    Contribute ideas and suggestions to assist in the development of systems, processes, efficiencies, and ways of working within the team.

    Self-evaluate and manage own work produced

    Key Requirements:


    Demonstrate excellent attention to detail in all aspects of customer service operations including effective handling of customer accounts, orders, queries and complaints via telephone, email, Live chat, and WhatsApp.

    Utilise strong organisational and planning skills to manage fluctuating workloads effectively.
    Adapt to changes in workload and tasks with flexibility and enthusiasm.
    Communicate confidently and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
    Handle confidential information with integrity and trustworthiness.
    Work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
    Display a willingness to learn and absorb information, following verbal and written instructions accurately.
    Proactively drive change and demonstrate initiative in problem-solving.
    Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with colleagues, customers, and third parties.
    Collaborate effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues across the business as needed.
    Exhibit proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
    Maintain good timekeeping and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
    Display flexibility in working hours, including availability to work additional hours during busy periods.
    Demonstrate a commitment to personal development and continuous learning

    Qualifications and Skills:
    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively.
    Highly competent in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems.
    Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
    Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
    Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn and develop.
