- Youhave experience in managing poolside ensuring all staff are fullytrained and NPLQ qualifications are kept up to date. You must alsohold an NPLQ qualification or be willing/capable of completing thequalification.

- Deliver onmaximising the Swim School occupancy and assist with swim schoolbooking processes while overseeing feedback & enquiries andalways ensuring exceptional customer service. Promote the Swimprogram using marketing collateral via social media platforms andout reach.
