    Description
    Are you looking to take the next step in your Product Management Career?
    Do you have experience and proven success in translating business analysis and human needs into successful consumer products?

    You will play an integral role in shaping the goals, development and success of products/services aimed at the mass market customer segment.

    Help develop and execute customer and product strategy, in partnership with the Senior Product Managers and Heads of Product.

    Develop clear product roadmaps to contribute to the ongoing view of future product development priorities.
    Agree, monitor and input into annual income targets in a way that supports longer term growth aspirations.
    Ensure that product controls, processes, pricing and policies are effective, customer focused and compliant.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, with experience of digital products and channels.

    Be comfortable translating business analysis and customer needs into products, product features and services.
    The ability to lead and successfully manage minor projects, including budgeting and developing business cases.

    Based from either their flagship London office or the Kings Hill Head Quarters our client offer hybrid working, 2-3 days at home per week.

    Excellent Benefits include a generous pension, private healthcare and 30 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
