    Description

    We are looking to recruit a Business Development Executive to acquire new clients/contacts to sell the benefits of our client's products and services.

    Business Development Executive Benefits:

    • Salary: Basic salary: £25,000 + uncapped Commission plan
    • Laptop and Mobile Phone
    • Location: Sheffield, S13 - fully office based role
    • Working Hours - Monday - Friday 8.30am pm
    • Holidays: 20 days + stats
    • Pension
    • This position provides an opportunity for career progression

    Business Development Executive Responsibilities:

    • Experience of working with a CRM system
    • Willingness to continually develop sales skills, strategies, and techniques.

    • Flexibility and open-mindedness.
    • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to work well with others.
    • Adhere to training given by Sales Manager/s.

    Business Development Executive Criteria:

    • Previous experience in a similar sales role/capacity
    • Confident on the telephone as well as face-to-face
    • Can demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude to sales

    • Has a proven sales qualification process and can manage a number of opportunities and a sales pipeline
    • Effective planning and project management processes
    • Capability to craft well written and oral proposals
