    Are you a social media whiz with a knack for building powerful brands? We're on a mission to create a fairer, more accessible world by supporting the neurodivergent community and those with mental health conditions.

    As a UK-based digital healthcare company, our product is a hybrid of human and digital support. And responsive human support in your low moments. All to help our users navigate their lives more independently, reducing overwhelm and anxiety.
    We're rapidly scaling, working across multiple sectors, including higher education, the workplace, local authorities and NHS trusts.
    As our Social Media & Community Senior Manager , you'll play a crucial role in amplifying Brain in Hand's impact and mission


    You'll wear two hats:

    crafting engaging and inclusive social media strategies and content, while fostering a vibrant, supportive community of users, clients and ambassadors.

    Be prepared to get creative, build meaningful connections, and become a champion for our mission.
    Create compelling social content that aligns with business goals and resonates across platforms.

    ~ Develop a social content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule and timely responses.

    ~ Repurpose existing assets and create social-first content and campaigns.

    ~ Collaborate with stakeholders to produce thought leadership content for LinkedIn.

    ~ Actively nurture Brain in Hand's user community.

    ~ Source user-generated content, write case studies, and amplify stories through PR and campaigns.

    ~ Develop influencer strategies to maximise content opportunities.

    ~ Build a strong B2B network on LinkedIn, drive engagement, and create long-term value.

    ~ Analyse performance metrics and adapt social strategies for optimal impact.

    4+ years of experience in social media and community marketing.

    ~ Proven experience creating engaging, inclusive social content.

    ~ Creative storyteller with excellent copywriting and visual design skills.

    ~ Strong community management; adept at building and nurturing communities.

    ~ Data-driven with strong social media analytics skills.

    ~ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    ~ Fluent in English.

    ~ A competitive salary circa £42,000 based on experience.
    ~ A 9-day working fortnight, with every 2nd Friday focused on you, for you, to do what you need to support your well-being.
    ~ A remote working environment with team meetups twice a month in London.
