    As part of our ongoing succession planning, we are seeking experienced Non-Executive Directors to join our Group Board and Committees.

    These are senior appointments demanding not only a high level of commitment, but the expectation that successful candidates will contribute to developing and maintaining an effective and high performing Group Board.

    For NED positions, previous Board experience is essential and we particularly welcome applications from candidates with demonstrable experience from ideally a private or third sector background of;


    Risk managementOur NED roles are remunerated, and the current rate is £5,300.Provide strategic guidance and contribute to the development of our vision, mission, and long-term goals.


    Governance:
    Ensure effective governance, compliance, and risk management.

    Financial Acumen:
    Review financial performance and ensure financial sustainability.

    Diversity and Inclusion:
    Champion diversity and inclusion within the organisation

    Understanding of social housing, care, and support services.
