    What we are looking for

    We are currently seeking a Customer Liaison Executive to assist with the customer feedback process during Royal Ascot, based in our offices at the racecourse in Ascot, Berkshire.


    What you'll be doing

    You will be fielding phone calls, taking messages, collating responses from internal departments, responding to customer emails, working as part of a team with other customer liaison executives.

    You will need to be available to work from 24 June to 26 July 2024.

    PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Acknowledging customer emails/enquiries
    • Fielding phone calls & taking messages
    • Liaising with internal departments to collate feedback for responses
    • Logging complaints on internal management system
    • Composing email/written responses to customers using standard templates

    OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Additional duties that may be required
    • Support Racedays as applicable
    • Such other duties as the Company may, at times, reasonably require
    Skills and experience you can bring


    • Intermediate word, excel & outlook
    • Experience using CRM or similar systems desirable
    • Excellent English and grammar
    • Letter writing experience
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to work as part of a team
