    This role provides an exciting challenge for professionals passionate about utilizing Building Information Modelling (BIM) to optimize architecture, landscape architecture, interior design, and urban design projects.


    Role Expectations:
    You will act as a pivotal intermediary, ensuring effective BIM capabilities through adept training, process management, and technology implementation.

    Coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows, project setup, and overseeing large complex or multiple projects to ensure seamless operation and delivery.

    Your expertise will be crucial in reviewing BIM contractual obligations, advising the team, and providing strategic recommendations to project leaders for managing BIM deliverables.

    Mentorship will be a key part of your role, where you will provide one-to-one guidance on best practices to project teams, helping them upskill and align with industry standards.


    What You Will Need:
    A deep understanding of BIM methodologies backed by extensive experience in leading BIM initiatives on large-scale projects.

    Proficiency in software tools such as Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, and Rhino, with a strong capability in implementing BIM standards and workflows that meet both company and client objectives.

    Experience in governmental BIM requirements and familiarity with ISO 19650 standards will be advantageous.

    Your leadership skills will be essential, as you will be leading project BIM setups, managing complex design and delivery challenges, and coordinating with clients and consultants.
