    A well known leisure business is recruiting a Finance Business Partner. The company have successfully expanded organically and by active acquisitions over the last 5 years. Through the continued expansion this new role has been created.

    This is a broad and autonomous role opportunity reporting to the Finance Director and sitting on a high-performing team. You will be an integral member of the finance team responsible for commercial finance in the business. You will partner with the Finance Director to drive business performance and profitability. You have responsibilities ranging from day to day FPA, Modelling, Data and Analytics to Strategy and business cases. This role will be broad in nature. You will be interacting directly in this role with the Commercial team and board business partnering daily.

    The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

    You will demonstrate an ability to work in a fast growth multisite organisation and operate in an environment where priorities change.

    You will be a candidate seeking a highly commercial role with a high level of stakeholder management and business partnering.

    This role is paying a strong basic salary plus package.

    The role is based in Central London offices (zone 1) with a flexible and hybrid working policy of 2 to 3 days in the office and 2 to 3 days from home.
