    Description


    We're working with an international market-leading manufacturer with an ever-growing presence in over 15 different countries, selling high-quality performing analytical laboratory instrumentation to a variety of different clients including; pharma & biotech, healthcare and food & beverage.

    The candidate would be a part of a newly constructed Inside Sales team based between Luton and Hertfordshire, using their experience working with the above instrumentation and equipment to ensure a quality-driven service whilst working with their overseas counterparts.

    ResponsibilitiesManage inbound inquiries related to the client's products in a professional and cohesive mannerProspecting potential customers Conduct outbound calls to convert any sales opportunities into businessCross-sell additional products to maximize revenueCommunicate customer feedback and queries in a clear fashion through the appropriate processWork collaboratively with Technical Support and Product Managers to provide quick, accurate and helpful responsesExperience & QualificationsHands-on experience working with laboratory instrumentation and analytical equipment1-2 years of support experience whether it be in a sales-driven environment or a laboratoryA background in scientific education and/or engineeringTo find out more, please contact Reece Thomas )At Life Sciences Recruitment Ltd (LSR), we are a Global Life Science recruitment firm that specialises in partnering with start-ups, fast-growing biotech and pharmaceutical organisations.
