    Description

    Save the Children UK has a great opportunity for an ambitious Partnership Executive to join our team on a 12-month FTC, supporting our Partnerships teams. If you excel in managing various tasks and are dedicated to building strong relationships, we'd be delighted to hear from you.

    About you

    As our Partnership Executive, you will play a vital role in nurturing our partner relationships and exceeding income targets. You will handle administrative tasks, financial support, project management, and fundraising campaigns. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of initiatives that create positive change and improve lives.

    In this role, you will:

    • Collaborate with team members on corporate partnerships and special initiatives.
    • Provide administrative and fundraising support to various corporate partnerships.
    • Manage the match giving process to maximize income opportunities.
    • Maintain precise records in our CRM system to support cross-selling.
    • Act as the main fundraiser contact during emergencies for swift action.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for key communications and initiatives.
    • Update and maintain Save the Children's Partnership pages on the website.
    • Improve systems and processes for the Partnerships Team.

    To be successful, you need to have:

    • Prior experience in fundraising, marketing, PR, or media.
    • Strong administrative skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to create briefs, copy, and reports for diverse audiences.
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-performing team.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Proactive approach to planning and prioritization.
    • Confidence in managing relationships with senior-level contacts.
