- Lead, manage, and supervise a team of field service engineers ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance efficiency of service operations.
- Coordinate and oversee all field operations, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery.
- Act as a key liaison between the company and its customers, addressing and resolving complex service issues, and fostering trust and long-term relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide training, and support the professional development of your team.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and projects, to enhance overall customer satisfaction and operational success.
- Lead efforts to identify opportunities for service improvement, innovation, aftermarket revenue growth, and cost reduction.
