£25,000 - £28,0000 + enhanced overtime rate and excellent benefits package, including annual performance bonus.
Working Hours:
Rotating shift pattern. Week 1 Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:30 | Week 2 Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30 | Week 3 10:00 - 18:30 | 1 in 3 Saturday Mornings
As Customer Service Advisor, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction, and your role will be key to successfully achieving branch objectives.
Your responsibilities will include building relationships with new and existing customers, coordinating routine servicing, repairs and maintenance, handling queries and raising invoices for work carried out, whilst always keeping our customers up to date.
You will have a real passion for delivering a first-class service and an organised approach to your work. Meet and greet all customers on arrival in a professional and friendly manner.Handle incoming queries by email and phone, ensuring the customer is responded to in a timely manner.
Check account detail, available credit and obtain relevant authorisation.
