    Job Title:
    Team Leader - Children's Homes

    Service:
    Residential Children's Care for Young People

    Service Users:
    Young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs
    Level 3 Children's Residential Care qualification
    Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months


    Employment Type:
    Full-time

    A national, leading provider of residential care for young people, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Team Leader for their Children's Home.

    This role involves providing day-to-day care for young people, ensuring smooth operations of the home, and providing leadership and support to the staff team.

    Take care of the day-to-day needs of young people in the residential homes.
    Provide leadership to inspire colleagues and build relationships with young people.
    Bonuses for up to 4 sleep-ins per month, paid at £80 per sleep (approx. £Attendance allowance up to £1,400 per year.

    ~7 weeks' holiday per year.
