    Amazon are seeking a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM) to support our European Data Center infrastructure Team.

    Based in our Dublin or London corporate & Data Center offices, the TIPM will work in cross functional teams to drive the implementation and deployment of data center projects to meet the demands of our rapidly growing business.


    Our Technical Program Managers are strong communicators both written and verbally and work in multi-discipline, highly technical physical infrastructure project teams.

    They work on all stages of the Data Center development lifecycle from initial site due diligence through Construction and into Operation.

    The core role of the TIPM is to deliver capacity for our customers through developing delivery programs and working closely with stakeholder teams to identify risks and resolve issues to ensure those programs are delivered on time and within budget.

    AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS)

    Key job responsibilities

    • Own and drive performance of key goal or metric across the team
    • Understand key processes and identify areas of improvement
    • Deep dive misses to understand root causes and put in place long term solutions/ fixes
    • Present findings/ recommendations and goal performance in Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly business reviews
    • Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders (both technical and nontechnical) under tight deadlines

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering / process and design engineering / construction / mechanical
    • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
    • Experience of delivering projects with multiple stakeholders
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Any internship for experience in program or project management, stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
