- Responsible for the overall performance, growth and development of the events team and events business.
- Foster a collaborative, productive and creative team culture.
- Maximise productivity of teams and team members.
- Play a lead role in driving customer partnerships including strategic planning, MLR development, new business conversion and incumbent growth.
- Contribute to the overall direction of FCM Meetings and Event as a senior member of the leadership team
- A minimum of 8 years demonstrated experience in project management within the event management and production industry. - Essential
- Proven track record in effective leadership and experience in training and mentoring team members.
- Experience in leading an operational team.
- A knowledge of all major suppliers and relevant MICE products and destinations
- Knowledge of project management processes, standards, and procedures
