We are looking for someone that prioritises relationships and someone who can demonstrate the highest standards of business ethos and strategically ensures the most effective use of resources in support of the school's aims and objectives.

    We are looking for a Business Manager, reporting directly to the Head Teacher, to support the strategic direction of the school and to lead us forward in ever-changing times. The diverse nature of the role is a positive as well as a challenge and we are looking for a proactive, reflective team player who thrives on a fast pace and is able to work under pressure. This is an autonomous, school leadership role where a proven history of demonstrating sound financial planning and budget control is desirable.

    The School Business Manager is responsible for Finance Resource Management, Management Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Facility and Property Management, Health & Safety Management of the School and Administrative School functions to meet current and future operational needs of the school.

    We are looking for someone who prioritises their time to be 'proactive' as well as 'reactive' to school needs and can step back and review processes in order to move us forward supporting school workload and putting efficiencies in place. This role also requires frequent contact with parents/carers and other stakeholders so customer service skills and a personable approach are paramount.

    The successful candidate will have integrity and initiative, and will be highly capable, organised and enthusiastic. We hope to find an individual who can embrace our school's vision and values and be able to demonstrate a real passion for ensuring the best outcomes for our school.
