Commercial Business Partnering:
Collaborate with the CFO and Commercial Director to devise and execute Pricing and Promotion Strategies across various channels.
Oversee the promotional sign-off process in coordination with commercial and marketing teams. Establish and review key operational KPIs across kitchen and operations, focusing on labour and productivity.
Streamline labour planning processes utilizing existing scheduling tools to optimize workforce efficiency.
Identify opportunities for value creation across all channels through comprehensive business analysis.
Reporting and Planning:
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
Proficiency in data analysis, including advanced Excel skills.
Experience with SQL and Power BI is advantageous.
Qualified Accountant or other relevant Commercial/Analytical experience, MBA, Consulting, etc. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
~5+ years of experience in finance or operations roles, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
~ Previous experience in business partnering and strategic planning is highly desirable.
