    Description


    The Supply Planning Analyst will assist in the consolidation of proposed buy plans and support the monthly supply planning processes through data analysis.

    The analyst should be able to communicate effectively with the Director & Manager of Global Supply Planning.

    They may also be responsible for any ad hoc reporting, and tracking of new global planning processes, and should always ensure standardisation is prioritised.

    Directly reports to the Manager, Global Supply PlanningPrimary AccountabilitySupport the manager in consolidation of buy plans Identifies gaps in data integrity and works with appropriate teams to rectifySupports the Manager in creating integrated, aligned, stable, and agile supply plans to efficiently meet the fill rates, productivity and service level targetsCollaborate with Sourcing, Demand and Inventory teams to develop/adjust inputs for production planning and material management flow Verifying PO confirmation on time by working with the sourcing, logistics and inventory planning teams.

    Verifying deliverables are on time and accurate in systemsPerform ad hoc analysis as neededExperience and CompetenciesBachelor's degree required Experience in footwear/apparel industry preferred but not a requirement Strong Background in Planning Systems and transactional ERPs e.g.

    SAPKnowledge and experience in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), MRP and ERP systems inventory control, materials required planning, demand planning, and advanced supply chain planning and analyticsCompetencies NeededStrong communication skills, written and verbalCritical thinking and problem solving, trouble shootingResult oriented, problem solver with strong information seeking skills and attention to detail.

    High ethical standardsHighly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing prioritiesAbility to work cross functionally and develop strong working relationships.

    Cross cultural sensitivity and awareness as the incumbent will deal with global teams.
    Proficient with MS office (specifically Excel & PowerPoint) and Planning Tools
