Eden Scott is supporting a client looking for a part-time Property Assistant (17.5 hours) with fixed hours on a permanent basis.
Our esteemed client is based in South Aberdeenshire and is looking for a highly motivated, efficient and organised individual to join a friendly team specialising in Property Sales, where you'll be responsible for a variety of exciting tasks:Assist with property marketing inquiries and procedures as needed.
Tackle general administrative, reception, and cash-related tasks.
Coordinate Property Consultants' attendance at property valuations and listings.
Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues to support property sales within established practices and systems.
Identify and refer clients to the company's Financial Services Department when suitable.
Be ready to take on any other ad hoc duties that come your way.
While prior experience in property sales is advantageous, we value your capacity for assuming responsibility and adapting within the role.
