    Business Improvement Consultant
    Hybrid
    2 days per week in office What will you bring?

    As part of the Business Improvement team, this role is responsible for supporting our Journey Leads deliver their objectives in an efficient way through process and technology improvements.

    Map business processes and identify areas for improvement to deliver a streamlined experience.

    Propose and deliver solutions to business problems (process improvements, operating model designs, system implementations, etc.) providing challenge and insight throughout to lead and support delivery of business requirements.

    Support Business Transformation by providing a detailed understanding of operational processes with SME insights.
    Partner with the business to develop the pipeline of future change initiatives.
    Identify and escalate key delivery and operational risks.

    An understanding of the impact of changes in a broad business with varying degrees of appreciation for processes and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance.

    Ability to identify business issues and issue resolution.
    Display proficient use of Microsoft office; particularly Visio, PowerPoint and Excel.
    The successful Business Improvement Consultant can expect:
