    Who we are looking forWe are looking for a Production Coordinator with genuine passion for content production to join our growing department based in Central London.

    You will be an integral part of a team of Directors, Producers, Creatives, Editors and Content Creators, working with brands such as Coca-Cola, Canon, Aston Martin, KitKat, Sela, McLaren Racing, Penfolds and more.

    The role will involve working closely with the Production Manager and Producers across all projects, to ensure all stages of production run smoothly across multiple projects.

    It will give the opportunity to work as part of the film production team creating content in the world of sports and entertainment.

    We're looking for someone with an interest in filmmaking, digital content and production, highly organised and with excellent attention to detail.

    They must also possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and capable of working to tight deadlines.

    Key responsibilitiesOrganise shoots, booking freelancers, preparing call sheets, obtaining permits, as well as other shoot related responsibilitiesCoordinate the booking process of all freelancers and suppliers, ensuring the booking forms, POs and invoices are done accurately and on timeAct as the main point of contact to key departmental financial accountsMaintain all production tracker documentsLook after travel arrangements for production staff and crewAssist in the planning and scheduling of production meetings, prepare and distribute meeting notes accordinglyEnsure post-production paperwork is completed and filed appropriatelyCoordinate post-production sessions, ensuring post-production schedules are correct and that edits run the allocated timeAssist the PMs and Producers in all areas of production as requiredGeneral administration duties relating to the above tasksKey requirementsUnderstanding of pre-production, production and post-production processExperience or exposure to managing production schedules and call sheets beneficial but not necessary, as traning will be providedUnderstanding of usage rights, across footage, music and imageExperience of financial processes, including raising purchase orders, raising payment forms for invoices and expensesExcellent administration and organisational skillsHighly organised and keen problem solver with great attention to detailNo task too small or too big mentality with a great attitude towards collaboration and teamworkExcellent written and verbal communication skillsRemain calm under pressure and capable of working to tight deadlines, escalating and managing expectations as neededIn addition to the day-to-day, this role offers the opportunity to become a part of an ambitious and hardworking team with a passionate, nurturing and trusting culture.
