    Description

    Fedcap Employment (part of The Fedcap Group) is a not-for-profit organisation delivering employability solutions across a range of UK contracts through a blend of local frontline professional teams.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record of successfully winning bids.

    The ideal candidate must be flexible and willing to travel across as and when required.

    Location:
    Remote based anywhere in the UK

    Collaborate with the commercial team and other internal stakeholders to develop a bid strategy, including win themes, value proposition, and pricing strategy.

    Lead and coordinate the bid process, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
    Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand customer requirements, competitive landscape, and market trends.
    Conduct reviews and quality checks to ensure compliance with bid requirements.

    Prepare and deliver presentations to internal stakeholders and senior management, seeking input and approval on bid strategies and proposals.

    Bachelor's degree in business, business development, marketing, or a related field.

    Proven experience in bid management or a similar role, preferably in a public commissioning environment (with some B2B sales experience, if possible).

    Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
    Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality proposals.
    Proficiency in using bid management software and tools.
    You won't work on weekends or bank holidays
