- General office management: overseeing FOH, managing post and deliveries
- Managing maintenance issues and working with suppliers
- PA duties: Scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, managing clashes, assisting with inbox
- Finance Admin: Reconciling expenses, supplier invoice payments, PAYE payments.
- Organising regular social events and being a presence and POC in the office
- HR admin: onboarding new starters, tracking staff leave
- Managing press enquiries
- Assisting with organisation of photoshoots
- Ad hoc admin as required
- 1-2 years admin experience (min), ideally managing a similar design studio
- Demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive individual, who can multitask effectively and work well both independently and in a team.
- Top class communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong client facing experience
