    PA & Office Manager

    East London

    Join a Leading Design Studio as a PA & Office Manager

    Dynamic design agency are in search of a top-class PA and Office Manager to join their growing team Based in cool offices in East London, this is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, close-knit team

    Duties:

    • General office management: overseeing FOH, managing post and deliveries
    • Managing maintenance issues and working with suppliers
    • PA duties: Scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, managing clashes, assisting with inbox
    • Finance Admin: Reconciling expenses, supplier invoice payments, PAYE payments.
    • Organising regular social events and being a presence and POC in the office
    • HR admin: onboarding new starters, tracking staff leave
    • Managing press enquiries
    • Assisting with organisation of photoshoots
    • Ad hoc admin as required

    Requirements:

    • 1-2 years admin experience (min), ideally managing a similar design studio
    • Demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced environment
    • A proactive individual, who can multitask effectively and work well both independently and in a team.
    • Top class communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Strong client facing experience
