    Description
    Elevation Recruitment Group is collaborating with a professional service business to assist in the recruitment of a skilled Senior HR Advisor. The role involves ensuring a productive and supportive work environment within the team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in HR Advice, focusing on employee relations, talent development, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR policies.
    Responsibilities Include:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.
    • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
    • Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters to managers and employees.
    • Manage performance appraisal processes and assist in developing improvement plans.
    • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
    • Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Conduct training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Coordinate with external partners, like recruitment agencies and legal counsel, as required.
    Requirements:
    • CIPD Qualified Level 5 or higher
    • 3+ years of experience at Advisor level, preferably in a professional services environment.
    • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Proven experience in implementing HR programs and initiatives.
    The company offers hybrid working options for both full-time and part-time positions. There may be occasional travel to other sites required.
