Sales CoordinatorA leading Housing Develop who have become one of the South West leading New homes provider are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team in Cornwall.
Working closely with the sales team to support them and coordinating new sales and opportunities. To manage relationships with solicitors, estate agents and other external consultants to ensure timely completions for the company's property salesTo assist in the forward planning and development of future sites
Responsible for site/sales and project team liaison, plot release documentation and reviewing customer documentation.
Building relationships with Clients and other parties
to assist the sales Manager with the smooth running of every new property sold
To manage the coins house sales database including updating customer interest and reservations, review reports and provide recommendations.
Experience working within a sales/new build environment but not essential
Understanding of property sales and estate agency processes
Some marketing/Content creating for social media would be essential
Educated to A level or equivalent Level 3 qualification
The role requires working from various locations in Cornwall/Devon but the head office based in Cornwall. This role has the additional benefit of a 10% Car Allowance.
Ideally worked within property/Sales but not essential.
