    With a diverse and dedicated year-round team of around 150 volunteers, we orchestrate Pride in London, the incredible event that unites us all.

    Our focus is on enriching the diversity of our volunteers, ensuring that Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic, Disabled, Trans, and all communities are vividly reflected within our teams.

    Pride in London seeks an IT administrator to take charge of the systems and services empowering our teams.

    You'll ensure email flows, tools keep running, and our online presence stays strong by managing domains, security, and ongoing enhancements.

    In this essential role, you'll collaborate with all areas of Pride in London to provide critical guidance, training, and hands-on tech support.

    Administer all Google systems and Pride in London digital platforms to ensure optimal uptime and security
    compile routine reports on system health and performance
    Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve service disruptions, software bugs, and hardware failures
    Provide how-to guides and one-on-one training to assist volunteers in effectively navigating technology resources
    Recommend and spearhead new solutions to enhance infrastructure efficiency, cybersecurity, and end user productivity
    Set up and manage email accounts across the organisation
    Expertise troubleshooting software, hardware, and connectivity issues in cloud platforms
    Proficiency managing Chrome OS devices, Mac/Windows workstations, mobile devices, and other hardware
    Ability to create training materials and instruct non-technical staff

    Pride in London is run in majorityby a group of volunteers who are passionate about equality and diversity.

    We are a not-for-profit organisation, and any surplus funds we raise are used to support the LGBT+ communities and improve the event.
