    Description

    Working in our Relationship Management team, you will play an important role in the heart of our business, focused on our Broker networks operating in the world's largest insurance markets.

    A key aspect of this role will be conducting in-depth discovery across our broker network.

    Through insightful analysis of this data, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting a compelling go-to-market proposition that directly addresses these pain points, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

    Relationship management of a portfolio of c.45 insurance brokers and platform users.

    product developments, service levels, managing client expectations, strategic planning and growth targets.
    Maintain an accurate database of customer information through effective CRM management (Salesforce.
    Drive the adoption of FCP (Faster Claims Payments) across the Lloyd's market Brokers. Enabling adoption through a programme of education and support to market participants as a significant digital transformation programme.
    Analyse data to identify payment patterns and ways to optimise the payment flows, enhancing the Vitesse experience.

    2-4 years' experience in a similar or related role in sales or account management with a proven track record in growing an existing business portfolio through consultative sales and relationship building.

    ~ Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
    ~ Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce for effective client management.
    ~ 25 days Holiday per year (increasing by 1 day per years' service, up to 30 days) + Bank Holidays
    ~ Hybrid working arrangements – minimum 2 days in the office, Tuesday - Thursday
