    We are looking for a Customer Service Exec to help support our continued growth and bolster our busy CS department.

    Ensure that customer queries are resolved in line with service level agreements

    • Consistently monitoring the funder systems and promptly responding to ensure there are no unnecessary delays, including maintaining regular contact with the dealership throughout the sales process
