    Management Officer - United Kingdom - Trustmarque Group

    Description

    We are looking for a data driven Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead and design competitive compensation and benefits packages for our employees.

    In this dynamic role, you'll be the driving force for our compensation and benefits strategy


    Strategic Compensation:
    Become a partner in shaping our compensation strategy


    Data-Driven Design:
    Lead the charge in designing, implementing, and managing all compensation programs. Leverage market data to ensure our packages are competitive and keep us ahead of the curve.

    Performance Powerhouse:
    Work with HR and management to link compensation and benefits with performance management. Lead the creation of a dedicated Compensation Sharepoint page to keep everyone informed.

    Knows Compensation Inside-Out:
    Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or similar role is a must.
    Experience in a high-growth environment with a strong understanding of compensation and reward programs.

    Data & Analytics Master:
    Strong analytical and quantitative skills to analyse and interpret data are essential.
    Knowledge of commission schemes and designing compensation plans suited to a high growth-high reward sales environment.

    Payroll:
    Experience with HRIS/payroll platforms are a plus.
