    Description

    Bell Cornwall, on behalf of our client, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to oversee the apprentice recruitment process and manage key relationships with employers.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, data management, and supporting the business development team with a range of tasks.

    Oversee apprentice recruitment processes and procedures.
    UK website.
    Contact candidates to discuss applications, schedule assessments, and send emails throughout the recruitment process.
    Input data into PICS, set up applicants on BKSB, and update databases regularly.
    Manage the Digital Apprenticeship Service, including employer invitations and monitoring.
    Assist with registration/monitoring of learners on the Learner Record Service.
    Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the apprenticeship or training sector.
    Proficiency in using database software and managing large data sets.
    Experience in liaising with employers and coordinating recruitment activities.
