    Recovery Coordinator - Basildon, Essex.

    If you have a background working in the field ofcriminal justice, problematic substance useor mentalhealth, this opportunity will enable you to use your expertise tohelp us support people ontheir journey to recoveryand change their lives for the better.

    Full Circle is seeking an experienced practitioner to undertake a recovery coordinator role within Essex (working primarily in the Basildon area).

    You will be part of a wider team who work with Adults within the criminal justice system with multiple and complexneeds across the County of Essex in the community.

    We are looking for individuals with experience of working within the substance misuse sector or health care profession to fulfil a range of tasks from case management to care navigation, advocacy and multi-agency working.

    You will need to be passionate about recovery and working with clients to support, motivate and manage them to access a wide variety of services.

    25 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays (increasing each year to a maximum of 30 days)

    To join us as a Recovery Coordinator, you will need:

    Relevant experience of workingin the field of problematic substance use, mental health oranother comparable field
    Evidence of effective partnership working and the ability to network for the benefit of theclient and service
    To be proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook and Wordand befamiliar with relevantdatabase management systems
